배터리 문제 같으나 파워 연결해도 안켜짐

초기화 진행

배터리제거, 파워 플러그 제거후, 파워 버튼 15~20초 누름

배터리 연결, 파워 플러그 연결, 부팅 성공

=> 배터리 인식 안됨, 방전된 것 같음

알리에서 구매

배터리 교체 성공

한참 잘쓰다가

기존 배터리가 문제가 아닌가 다시 연결 확인, 여전히 안됨

분해한 김에 PC4-2133 => PC4-2666 업글

CMOS에서는 2133으로 인식, 윈도우는 정상

설치는 되었으나 Get으로 실행하면 Dellsmbios 가 없다고 나옴

그냥 초기화 해볼까 해서 RTC 커넥터 뺐다가 꼄

부팅안됨 ㅠㅠ

다시 리셋관련 검색,

여러 삽질끝에

옛날 배터리 버리고, 메모리 PC4-2133 사용

파워버튼 20초 이상

CMOS는 되나 설정이 안되게 lock 걸려버림

윈도우가 깨졌는지 부팅하다 멈추고 다시 부팅

 

CMOS password 리셋하려고 찾다가 support center 갔더니,

지원이 끝나서 채팅이나 이메일 안됨.

유료전화만 가능

바이오스키 생성해서 넣어도 안됨

 

다시 정독

*Unlock키를 눌러서 패스워드 넣어도 안됨

*Security에서 admin은 막혀있으니 system password를 새로 넣음

*Reboot하면 CMOS 메뉴로 가기전에 새로운 serial로 암호를 넣으라고 나옴

*다시 키 생성 후 입력 후

*** CTRL+ (Enter & Enter)

*Reboot

 

패스워드 초기화  됨!!!!!!!!

부팅은 안되지만 메모리 바꿔서 다시 POST 되는지 확인

정상

윈도우에서 n 바퀴돌다가 멈춰서 다시 부팅됨

=> 복구 USB 만들고 부팅

   혹시나 싶어서 Diag. 배터리와 HDD 문제 있다고 나옴, 복구 취소

=> CMOS에서 SATA disable, M.2 남기고 SATA Driver disable

   Booting  성공 !!!
