만들고 보니 c-mount의 thread가 Inch 규격이다.

단순하게 계산하면 될듯

   mm_pitch = (1.0/threads_per_inch)*25.4;
   mm_length = length*25.4;

Pitch: 25.4mm / 32 = 0.79375 mm
